Tell us the appliance, what it is doing, and your city. We are happy to book a same-day visit when you call during 8am–11pm weekdays or 8am–10pm weekends.
Step 2
Diagnose on site
A technician tests the machine in your kitchen or laundry, then explains the repair in plain language. You get a parts-and-labour quote before any work starts.
Step 3
Repair with warranty
Common parts travel on the truck. Completed work includes a 3-month service warranty. If the same fault returns, we come back.

Appliance repair services
A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry, finds the fault, and explains the repair in plain language. You get a parts-and-labour quote before work starts. Common parts travel on the truck, and completed work includes a 3-month service warranty.
- Refrigerator repair — a warm fridge, freezer icing, ice maker trouble, a water leak, or cooling faults on French-door and built-in units.
- Washer repair — a machine that will not drain or spin, leaks, and error codes on stacked condo units and side-by-side laundry.
- Dryer repair — a dryer that runs but will not heat, long dry times, and vent or element faults.
- Dishwasher repair — standing water, dishes that stay dirty, leaks, and heat faults on Bosch, Miele, KitchenAid, Samsung, and LG.
- Oven repair and stove repair — no heat, a weak igniter, a bake element, or cooktop faults. Gas work is quoted as gas work before we start.

Appliance installation
A new appliance that is not levelled or vented can fail early, and it can affect the factory warranty. Appliance installation covers washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, and over-the-range microwaves — including Bosch, Miele, Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Thermador kitchen packages.
We hook up units delivered by Costco, Home Depot, or a private seller: water line, 240V, vent, and gas connection as required. We inspect the existing shutoff, electrical, and vent before we leave a new unit running. We haul the old appliance away when you book it with the install.
What a visit costs
One of the first things homeowners want to know is the price. We diagnose on site and quote before the repair starts, so you can decide with the facts in front of you. Diagnosis is applied to the job when we complete the work. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic visit is billed.
Typical completed jobs: many washer repairs land under $200. Dishwasher drain, leak, and pump work often runs about $150–$300. Dryers that will not heat are usually an element, fuse, or thermostat. If a fridge estimate crosses about $700 on an older unit, we talk through replacement so you can make the right choice for your home. Premium brands — Miele, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Thermador — are often still worth repairing.

Repair or replace
There are several things to consider before you spend more on an older machine. If the repair is more than about half the price of a comparable new unit, and the appliance is past the midpoint of its life, replacement usually makes more sense. Fridges often last 10–15 years. Washers and dryers last about 10–13. Dishwashers are closer to 9–12.
A 14-year builder fridge that needs a compressor is usually a replacement conversation. A 6-year Samsung French-door that needs an ice-maker valve is often a same-day repair. We tell you when a part is special-order and when waiting on a factory or store warranty is the smarter move. You decide. We will not recommend a compressor on a rusted cabinet.

Before we arrive, clear the front of the machine, empty a mid-cycle washer or dishwasher, and move food to a cooler if the fridge has already warmed up. For a condo, send the elevator booking and parking instructions with the request so we can get the job done right.
