What is going wrong with Viking appliances right now

Viking fridges in older suites ice on the evaporator — the cold coil that cools the air inside the box — or drift off temperature. We check fans, defrost, and gaskets before we quote a compressor. Feel the oven door gasket. If it is hard or torn, that is useful information for the visit. For a fridge that is warming, keep the doors closed and move food if you have a second box.
