Cancellation policy

Call 416-800-9206 as soon as you know you cannot keep the window. Same-day cancellations after a technician is already rolling may be billed as a trip charge. Moving a visit to another day during hours is usually free if we have not dispatched.

If we miss a booked window without notice, we rebook at the front of the queue. Email info@appliancehandyman.ca for written confirmation.
