A routing promise, not a phone price
Same-day is a routing promise, not a guarantee that every part is already on the truck. We come to your home, test the appliance, and give you a quote before work starts. When the part travels with us, we finish that day so your kitchen can get back to normal.
Drain pumps, igniters, heating elements, thermostats, and common Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool laundry parts often ride on the truck. A special-order control is a return visit, and you hear the wait and the price before we leave. You can rest assured we will not call a return trip “same-day.”
Hours and which number to call

Oshawa and the east end of Durham fill earlier, so a morning call gives you the better window. Evening visits are common because that is when most people are home. Depending on your needs and the day’s route, we will be honest about tonight versus first thing tomorrow.
Condos, freight elevators, and same-day
Downtown and midtown visits often start at the concierge desk, not at your suite door. Tell us the dock hours, the freight-elevator window, and whether we need a fob. Same-day still works when the building will let us pull the machine today.
If the elevator is booked for tomorrow, we cannot honestly call the pull same-day. Say that when you call so we plan the right promise. There are several things to consider in a condo, and a little notice makes all the difference.
No bait price on the phone
We will not quote a repair before we see the machine. We will tell you how a visit works: diagnose on site, quote parts and labour, then you approve. Diagnosis is billed if you decline. Diagnosis is applied if we complete the job.
