We come to your home for washing machines repair in Toronto and the GTA. We repair LG in your home. The machine stays on site. Call 416-800-9206, or 905-963-0067 in York, Peel, and Durham. Hours are 7am–11pm on weekdays and 7am–10pm on weekends.

We test the machine where it sits and tell you which part failed, in plain words. You approve the parts-and-labour price before we start. We repair that part. We do not replace the control board, the computer that runs the cycle, unless the test shows it is the fault.

Common problems we see

• Will not drain — standing water in the drum

  LG A clogged pump filter, a failed drain pump, or a kinked standpipe hose leaves a tub full of dirty water. Coins, hairpins, and sock lint kill pumps. We empty the drum safely, pull the filter, and replace the pump on the visit when the part is on the truck. We also check the building drain so we are not blaming the washer for a blocked stack.

• Door will not unlock or the cycle will not start

  Front-load door locks fail often in Toronto and the GTA, especially on busy laundry weeks. The machine may finish the wash and then hold the door shut, or it may refuse to start and show a lock code. We test the lock, the latch, and the board output. A lock is usually a same-day swap.

• Loud grinding or walking across the floor in spin

  Grinding that gets worse in a fast spin is usually the tub bearings, or the spider, the support behind the drum on a front-load washer. A top-load washer that walks across the floor often has a broken suspension rod. Bearing jobs take more labour. We quote the hours in plain words and will recommend a new washer if the tub is not worth the time.

• Leaks at the door, the pump, or the inlet

  Door-boot mould and tears on front-loads drip onto the floor. Pump housings crack. Inlet valves weep behind the machine and rot the subfloor. We find the wet path, replace the boot or valve, and check the levelling feet so the door gasket seats again.

• Stacked condo laundry closets

  Closet stacks in Toronto and the GTA leave almost no room to pull a washer. We work from the front, protect the hallway, and follow the building’s quiet hours. Tell us the stack brand and whether the dryer sits on a kit so we bring the right tools.

What to expect on the visit

   Tell us the brand, what the machine is doing, and whether laundry is in a closet or a basement in Toronto and the GTA. A photo of the model sticker helps us load the likely part.

   On site we unplug, test with a meter, and pull the unit only as far as the job needs. If the part is on the truck, we finish that day. If it is special-order, you hear the lead time and the price before we leave.

Cost and when to repair or replace

Many washer repairs land under $200 in parts and labour when the fault is a pump, lock, or valve. Diagnosis is credited when we complete the job. Bearing and tub jobs are quoted with labour hours in plain language.

If the quote approaches a new laundry pair on an older front-load with a failed spider, we say replace. Two paid visits on the same bearing noise without a lasting fix is usually the point to stop.
