Appliance Handyman’s Cancellation Policy
Appliance Handyman offers quality appliance repairs within your home, coming to you wherever you might be at virtually any time. Due to our high client count and wide reach, we are unable to accommodate short-notice cancellations and ask that for a full refund, you contact us at least 4 hours prior to our appointment to cancel or change the time of our visit.
If contacting us about your appointment outside work hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and message.
Short-Notice Cancellations
In order to accommodate our clients fully, we offer short notice cancellations or re-scheduling less than 4 hours before our visit but will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to our hourly rate plus the cost of parts. We kindly ask you to respect our technicians and abide by the 4-hour policy to minimize the costs of our time and transportation. If we have ordered or acquired parts for your repairs and an agreement was made, we will require you to cover the costs of the parts.
